Hello, my name is Pete Rivera and I am an Associate Broker and the Branch Manager for the Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate – Highway Office.  Koetje (pronounced “koo-chee”) is the name of the founder of our company over 30 years ago.

Our company has three offices in Oak Harbor to serve our local, military, retired, and all those relocating to or from our island.
